This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is used, and how your privacy is safeguarded when you access our website or Android mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

To successfully fulfill and deliver your poultry orders, we collect the following limited customer information:

• Contact Details: Your full name and phone number (to coordinate order confirmation and delivery calls).
• Delivery Address: Street name, landmark, area, city (Hassan), and postal code (573201) so our delivery staff can reach your doorstep.
• Location Data (Optional): If you tap "Use My GPS Location" at checkout, your device provides latitude and longitude coordinates to pinpoint your address and generate navigation directions for the delivery driver. GPS data is only accessed when you explicitly tap the button.
• Order Details: Products selected, weights (Kg), cut preferences, delivery time slot, and chosen payment mode.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for order fulfillment and customer service:

• To prepare your specific chicken cuts and deliver them to your address in Hassan.
• To communicate order status, dispatch updates, and receipts via WhatsApp or direct phone calls.
• To save your address locally on your device for fast 1-tap checkout on future orders.
• To provide customer support if you have inquiries regarding an order.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, marketers, or data brokers. Information is only processed through essential delivery infrastructure:

• WhatsApp / Meta: When you place an order, your order summary is sent to our store WhatsApp number for direct shop communication.
• Firebase Realtime Database: Cloud database infrastructure operated by Google Cloud used securely to store order logs and sync live catalog prices.
• OpenStreetMap: Reverse geocoding tool used solely to convert GPS coordinates into a street name when you use location auto-fill.

5. Payment Processing & Security

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct Unified Payments Interface (UPI). We do NOT collect, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card details, or net banking passwords on our servers. UPI payments are executed directly via your installed UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) on your secure banking network.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can clear your locally saved profile at any time by clearing your browser cache/storage or tapping "Logout / Clear Profile" in the My Orders page. If you wish to have your past orders or phone number removed from our cloud records, contact us directly at freshchicken@gmail.com or phone +91 91486 99386, and we will delete your record within 48 hours.
